You can book online around the clock via our Online Booking form on the website. Choose the direction (to/from the airport), enter date, time and postal code, and complete your booking in a few steps. You will receive a confirmation by email. VieTransfer offers fixed prices based on your postal code and vehicle needs — not a running taximeter. The price is shown before you book and does not change because of traffic or detours. Calculate your transfer price instantly on the homepage or in Online Booking.

The price is always per vehicle, not per person. You can travel with several passengers in the same car (within the capacity of the selected vehicle) for one fixed fare.

You can pay by cash or card, depending on the options shown in Online Booking. For rides during night hours, a night surcharge may apply — it is calculated automatically and shown transparently in the booking form before you confirm.

For airport pickups, your driver can meet you in the arrivals hall (Meet & Greet) with a name sign, or you will receive clear meeting instructions and the driver’s contact details. Please keep your phone switched on after landing.

No problem — flight delays are common. Please inform us of your flight number when booking (from the airport). We monitor arrivals and adjust the pickup to the actual landing time. Reasonable waiting time after landing is included according to our booking terms.

We recommend booking as early as possible, ideally at least a few hours before departure. For early-morning flights, please book the day before. Online Booking is available 24/7; for short-notice trips you can also call us.

Yes. Child seats and booster seats can be requested during Online Booking. Please select them when you book so we can prepare the correct equipment for your transfer.
